Service Agreement

TCG, Inc. Standard Service Agreement

Basic Rate: TBD

Work Day: The basic rate will be charged for all working days beginning with and including the day of arrival and day of departure. A work day consists of eight consecutive hours, excluding lunch, Monday through Friday. An overtime rate of the basic rate plus one half shall apply for Saturdays, Sundays, holidays or week-day time in excess of forty hours or any day over eight hours. There will be a minumum charge of eight hours for any work day. Stand-by or on-call time spent in living quarters pursuant to job requirements will be considered work time and charged at the basic rate. A travel day is defined as one spent wholly in transit to or from the work site and will be charged at the basic rate.
